The Volkl Unlimited Grizzly is a high-end all-condition frontside ski, a flagship offering. This ski is geared toward expert skiers. The 131-89-114 sidecut of the Unlimited The Grizzly gives you lots of turning ability.

The iPT Wideride 12.0 D (or 14.0 D) bindings are wider, more secure, and lighter weight than other binding systems. The Extended Double Grip feature of the Unlimited Grizzly gives you more height on the ski's edges, for consistent pressure distribution. The Extended Sensorwood Core of this ski is a full-length wood core sitting beneath the Extended Double Grip chambers, which offers a forgiving feel with response throughout. The titanium reinforcements of the Unlimited Grizzly give you more control at high speeds. This ski is a step up from the lower cost Unlimited AC50 in that it has the Power Switch, which consists of two carbon fiber rods in the ski's core that you can control in three settings, altering responsiveness. The settings are: Cruise (which releases compression completely from the rods), Dynamic (which puts compression on halfway), and Power (for the highest level of response).
