Volkl Mauja

The Volkl Mauja is a set of skis in Volkl's Backcountry line. The Mauja is ski specifically designed for powder snow and its size, design, and features aim at providing high performance varying thin snow conditions.

The skis have a very wide waist at 78 mm which provides a large surface area for the skis to float on the finer, light snow rather than the firm groomed snow. The Mauja also features Power Shell Light construction making the skis lightweight for ascending but also durable and stable enough for descending. The skis are targeted at the advanced to expert level of experience and skill.
