Salomon Twenty Twelve

$750.00 Released December, 2009

Product Shot 1The Salomon Twenty Twelve is a freeskiing all-mountain ski for beginner to intermediate users. This is similar to the Salomon The Knight ski, but uses larger 550 mm twin tip rockers. This reduces the contact surface, allowing for spins, butters, and forgiveness with off-center landings.

While a wider 91 mm waist has been added to counteract the instability this causes, twin tip designs float more than high-speed skiers need. The full wood core gives some stiffness to enhance responsiveness and increase durability, and the sandwich sidewall allows for increased edging power. Total Edge Reinforcement uses a layer of fiberglass on the edge of the ski, allowing for better impact resistance.
