The rectangular shape of the Radical World Cup GS FIS IBOX Tech offers improved flex distribution over previous models. The vertical sidewalls of this ski help with grip. This ski has the same specs as the closely related Radical World Cup GS FIS IBOX Composite. However, this ski has a snub nose (which improves the ski to snow feel, as well as swing weight), which the Composite lacks. In exchange, the Composite has a composite IBOX plate mounted on it (for binding mounting), which the Tech lacks. These two models also have different sidecuts (the Tech has an SIP sidecut while the Composite has a 109/66/90 sidecut) and radiuses (the Tech has a radius of 23 meters and the Composite has a 19 meter radius). The Rossignol Radical World Cup GS FIS IBOX Tech is approved by the International Ski Federation (FIS).
