The Pros:Good carving ability on most surfaces. Good stiffness for high speed skiing. Plow through powder and crud for a smooth ride.
The Cons:Stiffness makes them a bit harder to use for newer skiers. Accumulate a lot of scratches pretty quickly. Have a hard time with deep snow, don't float well.
The Silencer is an all-mountain men's ski from K2's Twin Tip lineup. The ski is designed with a twin tip and tail for optimal performance in both directions and has a Cap construction making them lightweight and durable.

It also includes Torsion Box technology to provide the ideal amount of flex and torsion. The Silencer features a wood core and has triaxial braiding for torsional rigidity and strength. It also has a standard camber, allowing it to perform on a variety of terrains, and is recommended for use on groomed slopes.
