Head's i.PEAK 82 FLR SW PR PRO is a higher-end ski intended for expert skiers with advanced technique, and its primary intended use is for speed specifically on powder and open bowls. This model has a smaller radius than the PEAK 88 model and has several of HEAD's standard alpine features, like rails that offer enhanced flexibility and energy transfer over the lower models.

The "Power Rail Pro" is one of the main upgrades over the 2010 model. It has a polymer front core insert that improves cornering and overall fluidity, and the area around the bindings has fibers that tighten and absorb energy, allowing for more rebound and conservation of energy.
