Elan WaveFlex 12 Black/Green Fusion

The Elan WaveFlex 12 Black/Green Fusion is an upper mid-cost freeski. The Express energy transfer system of this ski consists of elastomer pressure bars that push pressure out to the edges of the ski, a design that helps you to control turns.

The WaveFlex 12 Black/Green Fusion thin ALU profile helps to increase responsiveness and flex. The RST vertical sidewalls of this ski run along its length, which helps with power transmission. This ski differs from the lower cost WaveFlex 10 Red Fusion model in that it has ELX 11.0 Fusion bindings, mono titanium reinforcement (as opposed to lithium reinforcement), Response Frame woodcore (which combines hard and soft woods to create a lightweight ski with lots of torsional stability), and more advanced skier focus. However, this ski lacks the higher cost WaveFlex 14 White Fusion model's ELX 12.0 Fusion bindings, advanced to expert skier focus, and dual titanium reinforcement (which increases responsiveness).
